The IPPC advances understanding of existing and emerging privacy and security rules and enforcement issues globally. We work in a cost-effective manner to develop practical solutions to compliance challenges presented by the diverse assortment of new data privacy laws.

Areas of focus:

  • EU Data Privacy Directive and Member State implementing laws and enforcement initiatives;
  • US federal and state data privacy and security requirements, applicable regulations and regulatory guidance; and
  • Key privacy and security requirements in countries outside the US and EU.

The IPPC analyzes the impact of these laws on clinical research, safety reporting, pharmaceutical sales and marketing, and human resource programs.
